At Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!, we guide young explorers through the vibrant world of Namastoria, where yoga, games, storytelling and plushie collecting weave together to spark joy, courage, and inner harmony. By nurturing each child’s unique journey with playful chakra-inspired adventures and cuddly Quest Pets, we cultivate a space of wonder and connection that empowers kids to embrace their strengths and shine.
We envision a world where every child discovers their inner magic through the gentle art of yoga and the boundless realms of Namastoria. Our studio aspires to be a beacon of mindfulness, fostering brave hearts and curious minds who grow, explore, and uplift one another in a community woven with kindness, creativity, friendship, and endless possibility.

Hi!
My name is Kristalyn. It’s so nice to meet you and welcome you to the Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!
A little about me:
Originally from Beaver County, my family moved quite a bit when my siblings and I were young. I was used to changing schools every other year or so. Fortunately, when I was a teenager, my mom’s work allowed us to plant a little longer than usual in a beautiful town named Oakmont. I spent most of my high school years here. And even though my adventures have taken me all around southwestern PA and beyond, they always seem to lead me back to the community of Oakmont, whose impression on me has solidified into my own center as ”home.” After more than 20 years away, moving here and there for my own career and family purposes, being back home the past couple of years has been wonderful! I’m excited to grow the roots I’ve planted here with my family!
Blending my passion for yoga‘s teachings with my love of teaching and working with children has led to the creation of this studio, its lore, and its unique program design. Welcome to the Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!, and the magical, mindful world of Namastoria. I designed it or me, for you, for all of our children, and for our greater community. I hope you love it here as much as I do!
