Welcome to Namastoria... where magical realms spill onto the studio floor.
An Adventure You Can Step Into
In Namastoria, children don't just hear about magical places...
They help bring them to life!
Every adventure begins with a Quest Pet and a realm waiting to be explored. Our Quest Friends transform the studio floor into their own imaginative landscape, then step into a story where yoga becomes part of the journey.
When their mission is complete, they create clay relics inspired by the adventure and add another Lore Card to their growing collection.
Every class is a new experience, another story to remember, and another little piece of Namastoria to bring home.

YOGA QUEST ADVENTURES
YOGA QUEST ADVENTURES
When curiosity leads to deeper discovery.
Inspired by Quest Friends whose growing interest in yoga goes beyond the story, Masters explores how and why yoga works. These recognized yogis help shape the skills and discoveries they'll explore together.
By invitation, with recognition opportunities throughout the year.
