Just inside the Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio! door lies Namastoria, a magical world filled with extraordinary places, curious creatures, and adventures waiting to unfold.
Each month, a new Realm opens its portal, inviting our Quest Friends to explore another corner of this wondrous world!
Every Adventure Begins With a Little Magic!
When Quest Friends arrive, they choose a Quest Pet to accompany them on their journey. Then, using giant building blocks, stepping stones, and their imaginations, they work together to bring the Realm to life right on the studio floor!
Once their world is ready, the Story Quest begins!
Our Quest Friends become the heroes of an unfolding adventure, using yoga poses, movement, balance, and breathwork to travel through the Realm, overcome challenges, and complete their mission.
And when the Quest is complete, the magic continues!
Create Something Magical!
Every Story Quest inspires a hands-on clay creation. Quest Friends craft their own relics inspired by the Realm's stories, traditions, and discoveries.
One adventure might lead to creating a Moon Pearl from Coralith Cay, while another introduces a completely different magical tradition!
These handmade relics become little pieces of Namastoria that children can take home and treasure.
A Growing Collection of Adventures!
Every Realm is home to its own collection of Quest Pets, and each Story Quest introduces a new Lore Card filled with the stories, traditions, and discoveries of Namastoria.
Quest Friends bring home their Quest Pets, collect Lore Cards in their Quest Folders, and watch their collections grow as they explore new Realms throughout the year!

With new Realms revealing themselves each month, changing Story Quests, creative relic-making, and magical companions to discover, every visit to Namastoria offers another opportunity to move, imagine, create, and explore.

Whether your child is joining us for the very first time or returning to a favorite Story Quest, there's always a place for them in the adventure.

An Invitational Yoga Experience in Namastoria
Some Quest Friends discover a special curiosity about yoga itself. They want to explore how poses work, discover what their bodies can do, and learn more about the movements and breathing techniques that make yoga so wonderful!
Yoga Quest Masters was created especially for these curious young yogis!
Masters continue enjoying everything they love about Namastoria, including imaginative Story Quests, Realm-building, Quest Pets, and clay relic-making, while exploring yoga a little more deeply.
Together, we'll discover new poses, explore alignment and breathwork, build strength, balance, and flexibility, and learn how different movements connect. Best of all, our Masters help shape their own learning adventures! Their questions, interests, and discoveries help guide what we explore together.
How Does a Quest Friend Become a Yoga Quest Master?
Yoga Quest Masters is an invitation-only experience recognizing Quest Friends who demonstrate a growing curiosity about yoga, independent engagement in their practice, and an eagerness to learn more.
Invitations are sent directly to families, and new Masters are recognized throughout the year. Each newly designated Yoga Quest Master receives a special, personally signed certificate to keep in their Quest Folder!
Becoming a Yoga Quest Master opens another door in Namastoria!
Masters are welcome to continue attending all their favorite Yoga Quest Adventures classes, with the added opportunity to join our special Masters classes.
And the best part? Yoga Quest Masters is included in our regular membership and class passes, with no additional fee! 💜
