Welcome to a magical haven at Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio, where Yoga Adventures spark to life! Nestled in the charming town of Oakmont, this enchanted space radiates wonder, warmth, and discovery. Namastoria beckons children from pre-k to high school (ages 2-14) to explore its Chakra Realms, forging friendships, building resilience, and mastering yoga and mindfulness techniques along the way.

Long ago, Namastoria emerged from the harmonious energy of the seven chakras, each safeguarded by the spirit of mindfulness. This mystical land brims with untold realms, where the chakras have woven magic into the lives of Quest Pets—beloved companions embodying the wisdom of each chakra. Your adventure unfolds through engaging yoga flows, kid-led games, and captivating story yoga, guided by the studio’s vibrant inhabitants. It all begins in the shimmering undersea realm of Coralith Cay, where 9 unique Ocean Quest Pets have been uncovered! Each aligns with the 7 chakras, sharing their special knowledge—yoga poses, mantras, and mindfulness tips—with young explorers. As the journey expands, new realms reveal more Quest Pets and chakra-inspired tales!

Quest Pet PLUSH Yoga Adventures

Pre-K (ages 2-5 with a grownup)

Offered: Tuesdays and Saturdays

Come to any class each week!

Class size: Limited to 5 little yogis and their grownups per class!

Quest Pet PLUSH Yoga Adventure Class Description:

For ages 2-5 and their grownup.

Yoga mats & blocks provided!

Just dress in comfortable clothes that allow safe movement, and bring a bottle of water and your **Quest Pack!

40-minute crafted story yoga class:

5 minutes - Choose Your Quest Pet, get settled onto your yoga mat
15 minutes - Crafting/Art [e.g. Clay creations, pinwheels, stamp art]
15 minutes - Story Yoga | Original themed story yoga flows
5 minutes - Cool down, plus learn a breath work technique [e.g. Square Breathing, Rainbow Breaths]

Quest Pet PLUSH Yoga Adventures

Membership Class

K-6th Grade (Ages 5-12, but open to ages 5-14!)

Length: 60 minutes

Offered: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Come to any class each week!

Class size: Limited to 10 yogis per class!

Quest Pet PLUSH Yoga Adventure Class Description:

Designed K-6th (ages 5-11), but Open to K-8th! (ages 5-14)

Yoga mats & blocks provided!

Just dress in comfortable clothes that allow safe movement, and bring a bottle of water and your **Quest Pack!

60-minute crafted story yoga class:

5 minutes - Choose Your Quest Pet, get settled onto your yoga mat
20 minutes Crafting/Art [e.g. Clay creations, pinwheels, stamp art]
5 minutes - Chakra-related pose learning and warmup [e.g. Game/Activity | Kid-Led, Mindfulness & Yoga Inspired Interactive Games like Yoga Pose Tag, Mirror Matching, Charades] | 3-5 poses that will be used in the day’s story yoga flow [e.g. Surfing adventure: Warrior II pose, Mountain pose, etc.]
20 minutes - Story Yoga | Original themed story yoga flows
10 minutes - Cool down & Reflection: Journaling, plus learn a breath work technique [e.g. Square Breathing, Rainbow Breaths]
