Description:

Ages 2-5 with a grown-up

30-minute original, crafted, story yoga class designed for Pre-K:

• Upon arrival, your Pre-K child chooses a collectible Quest Pet to keep! This Quest Pet will be incorporated into the daily yoga games, lessons, and breath work/journaling, providing instant comfort and excitement!
• 15 minutes - Story Time Yoga Movement and Play — try poses along with the Quest Pets in Namastoria’s original yoga stories!  
• 15 minutes - Breath Work & Coloring or Calm Activity Time with Grown-Up [e.g. Rainbow Breaths, Coloring Pages, Simple Crafts]

*NOTE: only 1 pass is needed per child/adult duo. Parents and children do not need separate passes.

• 20 minutes - Introductions Game/Activity | Kid-Led, Mindfulness & Yoga Inspired Interactive Games [e.g. Yoga Pose Tag, Mirror Matching, Conversation Starters]
• 5 minutes - Chakra-related pose learning and warmup | 5-7 poses that will be used in the day’s story yoga flow [e.g. Root Chakra: Tree Pose, Mountain Pose, Warrior I Pose.]
• 20 minutes - Story Yoga | Original themed story yoga flows tailored to age groups!
• 15 minutes Breath work [e.g. Square Breathing, Rainbow Breaths] and Journaling —child guided, coloring pages, or journal with prompts aligned with age.
