What made you choose that characteristic? Reflection for the week: Can you think of one more thing you love about yourself? How about two or three? How many things can you think of? 6th-8th: Being a Friend — Write down something about yourself that you’d like to change. Now imagine your sentence was written by your best friend about themselves. What might you say to your friend? Would you be kind and reassuring, or would you be negative? Read what you wrote again. Practice being a friend to yourself, and write a response… to you. Reflection for the week: Are you a kind friend to yourself and others? Marinate.
